What You’ll Do
- You’ll be based out of our Odessa, TX service center.
- Load and unload equipment and materials with large and small forklifts.
- Prepare and verify quality/accuracy of counts of rental equipment prior to delivery and arrival.
- Clean and put away rental equipment upon return to service center.
- Keep the jobsite, yard, and warehouse cleaned and up to safety standards.
- Drive inventory accuracy of rental equipment and accessories.
- Inventory cycle counts.
- Wash rental equipment.
- Inspect and repair cable.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
- 0-3 years of experience working in a yard or warehouse.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Embraces and promotes safety culture.
- Positive, self-starter who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistent quality.
- Reliable and committed to delivering quality performance.
- Able to work overtime, travel and on-call.
- Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75lbs.

Other Essential Job Requirements
- Availability to work the assigned schedule, travel to work locations (if needed) and be on standby for work outside of regularly scheduled shifts.
- Must be able to stand, walk and sit for prolonged periods of time; and be able to walk over uneven terrain with functional balance that does not require any special assistive devices.
- Must be able to move the extremities and spine through a functional range of motion that will permit work to be safely performed from ground / floor level to full overhead level.
- Must have good finger dexterity to manipulate small items, functional hand-eye coordination, and functionally grip with adequate strength to safely hold tools and stair railing or ladders.
- Must be able to safely meet the physical demands outlined in the Essential Physical Capacities Assessment and pass the post-offer physical abilities assessment, which includes being able to lift (60 lbs), push/pull (80 lbs), carry (60 lbs), climb stairs and ladders as well as a combination of climbing while carrying objects (15 lbs), stoop, kneel and squat.
