Job summary

Aggreko is hiring an on-site Utility Technician in Odessa, TX. You will be based at the Odessa service center, loading/unloading equipment, verifying counts before delivery, and keeping facilities clean and safe.

You’ll ensure inventory accuracy, wash and inspect rental gear, and support safety-focused operations. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 0-3 years in a yard/warehouse, with flexibility for overtime, travel, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• 0-3 years of experience working in a yard or warehouse.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Embraces and promotes safety culture.
• Positive, self-starter who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistent quality.
• Reliable and committed to delivering quality performance.
• Able to work overtime, travel and on-call.
• Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75lbs.

Responsibilities

• Based out of Odessa, TX service center.
• Load and unload equipment and materials with forklifts.
• Prepare and verify quality/accuracy of counts prior to delivery/arrival.
• Clean and put away rental equipment upon return.
• Keep the jobsite, yard, and warehouse clean and safe.
• Drive inventory accuracy of rental equipment and accessories.
• Inventory cycle counts.
• Wash rental equipment.
• Inspect and repair cable.
