Job summary

R-2 Contractors seeks an Executive Division Manager for the Utility-Scale Drilled Pier Foundation Division. The role oversees all drilled pier operations, mentors field leaders, and drives strategic growth across projects nationwide from Gilbert, AZ or Prineville, OR.

The position requires leading multiple crews, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while partnering with executives to grow the division and strengthen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of drilled foundation construction experience on large infra projects.
• Proven ability to lead multiple crews and large operations.
• Strong knowledge of drilled piers, auguring, casing, reinforcement, and concrete coordination.
• Experience managing budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all drilled pier foundation operations across multiple projects.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of Superintendents, Foremen, Drill Operators, and field leaders.
• Lead all aspects of drilled pier construction and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and materials; coordinate with project teams and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement, build customer relationships, and manage project execution.
