Job summary

R-2 Contractors seeks an accomplished Utility-Scale Drilled Pier Foundation Division Manager to lead and grow our Drilled Pier Foundation Division across the United States. This executive role oversees all drilled pier operations, including auguring, casing installation, spoil management, reinforcement placement, and concrete coordination, while building leadership and strong customer relationships.

The position requires minimum 10 years in drilled foundations, proven leadership of multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of drilled foundation construction experience.
• Experience leading multiple drilling crews and large-scale operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills; safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for drilled pier foundation operations across projects.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of field leaders.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and resources to support project execution.
• Coordinate drilling resources and production sequencing for efficiency.
• Drive safety, quality, and compliance across the division.
• Develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning.
