Job summary

R-2 Contractors seeks a Division Manager for its Utility-Scale Drilled Pier Foundation Division, based in Gilbert, AZ or Prineville, OR. Expect ~25% monthly travel to project sites nationwide.

This role leads multiple projects, mentors field leaders, and ensures safe, high-quality drilled pier foundations across the portfolio. You will collaborate with Project Managers and executives to deliver outcomes, drive efficiency, and uphold the company core values while fostering future leaders within

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of drilled foundation construction experience across large-scale projects.
• Proven experience leading multiple drilling crews and large operations.
• Strong knowledge of drilled piers, auguring, casing, reinforcement, and QC.
• Experience managing drilling rigs, equipment, tooling, and resources.
• Ability to plan production, scheduling, and budgeting; strong business acumen.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to support projects; valid driver's license and background check.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for drilled pier foundation operations across multiple projects.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of field leaders.
• Lead all drilling activities: auguring, casing, spoil management, reinforcement, and concrete coordination.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for project execution.
• Drive efficiency through planning, resource management, and production sequencing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Partner with Project Managers and senior leadership to deliver successful projects.
• Promote continuous improvement and uphold R-2 core values.
