Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking a remote Utility Project Support Specialist to assist our client in the Danville, IL area. This remote, part-time role operates 20 hours per week with a 12-month term, extendable, and focuses on handling inquiries related to utility line project notifications.

Responsibilities include managing inbound/outbound calls, tracking inquiries, building relationships, documenting interactions, and adhering to processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• One (1) to three (3) years minimum working in a Customer Interface or Call Center environment.
• Ability to work part-time shifts (8AM – 12PM, 11AM – 3PM, or 2PM – 6PM ET)

Responsibilities

• Manage large amount of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Track inquiries by using various software applications.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. We also may have instances where employee’s fall outside of the range based on the factors noted above.
