Job summary

Qualifications

• A two-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in managing/surveying infrastructure projects supporting state and local government.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Knowledge of municipal construction, maintenance, and repair of utility infrastructure; applicable laws and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage utility projects from bid through completion within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate project activities with field teams, other divisions, outside agencies, and stakeholders.
• Prepare scope of work for projects via client negotiation; communicate with Field Manager and technicians.
• Ensure QA/QC on final deliverables before submission to client.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery methods and procedures; drive process improvements.
