OGE Energy Corp. is seeking a Project Manager Specialist to lead design and construction across generation, transmission, substation, and distribution projects in Oklahoma City.

You will manage budgets, schedules, scopes, risks, and reporting, ensuring safety and policy compliance while coordinating with customers and management. This role demands strong PM skills, the ability to drive complex projects, and effective communication with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or construction management with relevant experience.
• Associate's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or construction management with significant PM experience.
• High school diploma or GED with extensive project management background.
• PMP certification preferred or required where noted.

Responsibilities

• Develops timetables and priorities for execution of all design and construction activities of the project.
• Develops project management plans that include project scope verification, project schedules, timelines, milestones, budget estimates, cash flows, work breakdown structures, and resource requirements.
• Collaborates with project management, planning, land management, design, construction, operations, resource coordination, and supply chain personnel.
• Directs and coordinates OG&E and contractor activities to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Projects typically involve 1-3 disciplines or asset types and may include high complexity and risk.
• Responsible for funding, financial analysis, and reporting status on each project.
• Ensures compliance with AFE policy and overall project closeout and lessons learned.
