Job summary

OGE Energy Corp. seeks an Engineer Lead/Spec in Oklahoma City to lead design and construction efforts for facilities. You will prepare schematics, perform field data collection, and manage budgets and schedules for multiple projects.

The role requires a Civil/Engineering background, a PE license in Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain) and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally with teams and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with six years of related experience (engineer track) or equivalent.
• Active Professional Engineer license in Oklahoma with ability to get licensed in Arkansas if needed.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and interpret schematics, drawings, layouts and other visual aids.
• Conduct surveys to gather field data.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for small to medium projects.
• Review and update engineering standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
