B&S Site Development in Virginia seeks a reliable Utility Pipe Layer to assess ground conditions, dig trenches, assemble and lay pipes, and seal joints to meet project specs. You’ll work with a crew on time-sensitive civil construction sites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of construction experience required.
• GED or HS diploma required, trade school a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Measure and configure pipe routes.
• Gather materials and installation tools.
• Dig trenches with hand and machine tools.
• Locate piping systems and ensure correct alignment.
• Install and seal pipes, spacers, and fittings.
• Seal exposed joints and fill trenches.
