Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a Utility Pipe Layer to support large-scale site development projects in the United States. The role focuses on ground assessment, trenching, pipe assembly, and precise laying in accordance with project specs.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of construction experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Trade school training is a plus, and candidates must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of construction experience required.
• GED/high school diploma or related work experience accepted.
• Trade school a plus for preferred candidates.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Measure and configure pipe routes.
• Gather materials and install tools.
• Dig trenches using hand and machine tools.
• Locate installed piping with magnetic or radio indicators.
• Remove old or damaged piping systems.
• Lay pipes into trenches and apply spacers.
• Check alignment and seal joints with cement glue.
• Install auxiliary lines and seal exposed joints.
• Fill and seal pipe trenches.
