Quality Talent Group is seeking a dedicated Utility Operator to join our field operations on North American construction sites. You will operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer, perform routine maintenance, and support site safety and efficiency.

Reading technical manuals and schematics, you will monitor utility systems, follow health, safety and environmental policies, and assist with general labor tasks to help meet project timelines. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are desirable.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
