Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator to support safe, efficient operation of equipment and utility systems on active construction sites across North America. The role emphasizes adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies while performing routine maintenance and minor repairs.

The successful candidate will operate loaders, backhoes, and skid steers, perform general labor, read manuals and schematics, and communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Reading technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
