Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator for a fast-paced production environment across North America. You will support safe and efficient operations of utility systems and equipment, including loaders and skid steers, while performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and strong mechanical aptitude, with a proven ability to read manuals and follow safety policies in a team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
