The role involves operating loader, backhoe, and skid steer, performing groundwork, routine maintenance, and monitoring systems for efficiency while complying with health, safety, and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely.
• Perform groundwork and general labor.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
