Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator to join a fast-paced construction and utility services environment. You will operate loaders and basic equipment, support groundwork, and monitor utility systems to ensure safety and efficiency on site.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read manuals and schematics. Strong teamwork and safety discipline are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies
• Assist with additional duties as required
