Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a dependable Utility Operator to support safe and efficient operation of loader, backhoe, skid steer, and utility systems in a fast-paced production environment.

This role requires a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, ability to read manuals and schematics, and strong teamwork to maintain equipment and site safety.

Qualifications

• Must have basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshoot equipment.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Monitor and maintain site safety and housekeeping.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist with repairs as needed.
• Support with utility system monitoring and efficiency adjustments.
