Aerotek is seeking Utility Operators in a fast-paced food production environment in Eagan, MN. This contract-to-hire role focuses on operating and monitoring packaging equipment, performing setups, and supporting throughput while ensuring accuracy and quality across production lines.

Candidates with 1–2 years of machine operation or production experience, data entry skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs will fit well.

• Track production performance, waste, and quality documentation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
