Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a Production Team Member in Denver to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations. You will prepare, package, label, and palletize products while upholding quality, safety, and food production standards.

The role involves operating basic production equipment, performing quality checks, maintaining counts and inventory, and preparing goods for shipment. Joining this team offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a collaborative environment.

Production Team Member

Pay: $19.00/hr (weekly pay)

Shift: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Monday-Friday

Overtime: Availability to work Saturdays as needed

Job Summary

The Production Team Member supports daily manufacturing and packaging operations by preparing, packaging, labeling, and palletizing products while maintaining quality, safety, and food production standards.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, seal, and palletize products

• Operate basic production and packaging equipment

• Perform quality checks on products and packaging

• Maintain production counts and inventory records

• Prepare finished goods for shipment

• Report equipment issues and safety concerns

Qualifications

Required:

Preferred:

• Manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or food production experience

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the shift

• Lift up to 50 lbs.

• Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures

• Wear required PPE

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
