Quality Talent Group is seeking a Utility Operator for a fast-paced production environment. You will operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer, perform groundwork, and support safe, efficient utility systems.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, practical experience with utility equipment, mechanical aptitude, and strong reading of manuals and schematics. You will uphold safety policies and maintain site cleanliness as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
