Job summary

Quality Talent Group is hiring a Utility Operator to support a fast-paced production environment in Tillman's Corner, Alabama. You will operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely, perform groundwork and routine maintenance, and monitor utility systems for efficiency.

We seek candidates with a high school diploma, ability to read manuals, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset. PPE is provided and a team-oriented environment is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
