Fairfield Residential is seeking a Utility Management Services Coordinator for its San Diego area corporate office. This on-site, full-time position supports utility account coordination, billing review, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in commercial/multifamily real estate or related areas and strong Excel and Yardi skills. You will help manage accounts, analyze usage, and drive efficiency across the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Four-year college degree in business preferred (accounting, finance or real estate) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in commercial/multifamily real estate, financial analysis, utility management or related.
• Experience with utility providers, vendors, residents and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using reporting systems and data analysis tools for decision-making.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate utility accounts setup, transfers, disconnections, and service changes.
• Review invoicing, resolve billing discrepancies and issues with payments.
• Track usage, costs, and prepare reports and benchmarks.
• Serve as liaison among providers, residents, property teams and accounting.
• Support process improvements and compliance initiatives.
