Job summary

Actalent in Saline, MI is hiring a Utility Locating Technician for a contract-to-hire, first shift position onsite.

You will perform field surveying and utility locating, work with Trimble GPS and robotic total stations, and collect field data for project teams.

Expect a pay range of $25.00-$32.00 per hour, with benefits and opportunities based on qualifications and performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of field surveying or utility locating experience on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with Trimble GPS and robotic total station equipment.
• Ability to accurately collect, organize, and transfer field data.
• Willingness to commute to Saline, MI daily.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Hours:

Hiring for first shift! Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday and some weekends

Onsite/Field role- must be willing to commute to Saline, MI daily

Must haves:

• 1+ years of field surveying or ulity locating experience on construction or infractucture projects
• Hands on experience working with Trimble GPS and/or robotic total station equipment
• Ability to accurently collect, organize, and transfer field data
• Comfrotable with the commute to Saline, MI daily
• Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saline, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
