You will support right-of-way, easement, permitting, and land acquisition activities, working with property owners, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring a High School Diploma and 1+ years in legal property descriptions or real estate, with GIS tools experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of experience in legal property descriptions, real estate law, and utility engineering/specifications.
• Arizona Real Estate License preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate and acquire easements, permits, subordinations, releases, waivers, and abandonments for utility projects.
• Research property ownership, title information, and public records to determine land rights.
• Analyze engineering requirements and prepare supporting legal documents and applications.
• Mitigate routine right-of-way encroachments and assist with protecting company facilities.
• Support litigation research, land rights documentation, relocation projects, and internal partners on land matters.
• Utilize mapping and GIS tools to support land acquisition and ROW activities.
