Job summary

Maricopa County Real Estate Department seeks a Senior Land Rights Management Specialist to support county and district infrastructure projects. You will handle complex deeds, easements, rights-of-way, licenses, permits, and related instruments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and Arizona law.

The role coordinates acquisition, transfer, and documentation, conducts title research, and liaises with property owners, public agencies, and consultants.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional real estate, land rights, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Combination of education and/or job-related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete complex land rights transactions for infrastructure projects.
• Prepare, review, and process real estate transaction documents.
• Research and interpret public records, title reports, and related records to determine ownership and encumbrances.
• Provide leadership and guidance on assigned projects and review work for accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer and support land management systems and data quality.
