LandSolutions Inc. is seeking a Right-of-Way Agent to acquire and secure land rights for utility, transmission, and infrastructure projects.
Based in Phoenix or Prescott, AZ, with hybrid work options for nearby candidates, you will lead negotiations, review titles, and coordinate with project teams to secure essential licenses and easements. The Right-of-Way (ROW) Agent is responsible for acquiring, negotiating, and securing land rights required for utility, transmission, renewable energy, pipeline, and infrastructure projects. This position serves as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, landowners, regulatory agencies, and project teams to facilitate successful land access, right-of-way acquisition, easements, licenses, and related agreements while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
This position is based in Phoenix or Prescott, Arizona, with hybrid work arrangements available for candidates located within commuting distance of either office.
