Team Fishel in Rochester, PA is hiring Utility Laborers to support projects across the greater Pittsburgh area. Responsibilities include assisting crew safely with manual labor, loading, digging, and operating power tools, with on-the-job training provided.

Starting pay range is $18-$24 per hour, commensurate with skills and experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, and profit sharing; travel may be required for some projects with per diem for out-of-town assignments.

Formación

• No previous experience required; training available.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig and reach.
• Must be able to lift, carry and place heavy objects.
• Must be able to climb ladders.
• Must have the ability to work extended hours when needed.
• At least 18 years old with High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Meet all DOT requirements (physical and drug testing).

Responsabilidades

• Handle physically demanding construction duties in an outdoor environment
• Assist crew members in placing underground pipes, conduits, shovel work, and in the operation of power tools
• Be willing to learn career development skills related to utility construction, including the operation of equipment. Team Fishel will provide on-the-job training in all areas of safety, including flagging certification, tool operation and maintenance.
• Occasional extended travel required (Per Diem paid for all out-of-town projects)

A Utility Laborer at Team Fishel will assist the crew in completing the project safely, on time, and meeting the customer specifications for quality.
