Job summary

IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, seeks a Kitchen Utility to support dining operations for defense-related missions. Duties include washing dishes, stocking, and maintaining a clean kitchen area, working as part of a team to uphold sanitary standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience; TS/SCI clearance is noted. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in a mission-focused environment with strict safety

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a customer focus while performing duties.
• Assumes 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware.
• Loads, runs, and unloads dish machine.
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any functional or mechanical problems to the kitchen manager immediately.
• Monitors dish machine water temperature and chemical levels to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Washes and stores all tableware and kitchenware.
• Keeps Dish room clean and organized and assist in opening and closing checklists.
• Maintains adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
• Bags and hauls kitchen trash to dumpster.
• Cleans food preparation and production areas as required.

IAP is seeking a Kitchen Utility candidate. This candidate will wash dishes mechanically and by hand. This candidate will also work as a team to clean all kitchen areas and utilities.
