Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services in the Boston area is seeking an experienced Foreman to supervise field crews, plan daily field operations, and coordinate diverse utility projects, including inspection, maintenance, and restoration tasks.

You will lead up to ten crew members, ensure safety and quality, manage equipment and timekeeping data, and maintain professional customer relations while driving productivity in a variable outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; complete Foreman Training Program.
• Valid state driver’s license; able to pass DOT medical exam.
• Strong math, data entry, and tablet reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews of up to ten employees; plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations.
• Maintain safety, quality, production, and expense control goals.
• Coordinate resources and meet project timeframes; organize transport and field logistics.
• Collect, record, and submit timekeeping and work data accurately.
