Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced ability to read blueprints, work orders, instructions and procedures.
• Proficiency with company radio and job related programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Able to operate and maintain vehicles, equipment and tools safely.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform new construction, maintenance and repair of underground distribution systems.
• Operate heavy equipment such as dump trucks, backhoes and trenchers.
• Identify materials and perform pre-assembly workflows.
• Follow rigging principles and ensure safe underground work.
• Comply with safety rules and participate in drug/alcohol testing.
