Job summary

Clear Path Utility Solutions, LLC is seeking a Utility Forester to inspect and manage forestry within utility ROWs across Georgia. The role emphasizes fieldwork, data collection with GIS, and ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.

The candidate should have 2+ years in utility vegetation management, strong forestry skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with landowners, clients, and contractors. ISA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Forestry or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of utility vegetation management experience.
• ISA Arborist certification preferred or obtainable within one year.
• ISA Utility Specialist certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vegetation inspections, hazard tree assessments, and inventories along utility corridors.
• Classify and prescribe vegetation work per standards and IVM principles.
• Coordinate with contractors and utility personnel; monitor progress and safety.
• Engage landowners and stakeholders; document field data accurately.
• Prepare reports, maps, patrol routes, and work packages.
