Job summary

Clear Path Utility Solutions LLC is seeking a Utility Forester to inspect, evaluate, and manage forestry and vegetation within utility ROWs to support reliability and safety. The role involves fieldwork, data collection, and contractor oversight in Georgia, including Rome, GA.

The position requires GIS proficiency, strong forestry skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating with landowners and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Forestry or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in utility vegetation management or related field.
• ISA certification desired; additional credentials welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Perform vegetation inspections and hazard tree assessments along ROWs.
• Classify and prescribe vegetation management per standards and IVM.
• Evaluate tree health, growth, and species for recommendations.
• Maintain field data including species, measurements, and clearances.
• Coordinate with contractors and utility personnel on work.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in all tasks.
