The role requires GIS proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in diverse weather and terrain.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Forestry or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in utility vegetation management or related field.
• Experience with hazard tree assessments and vegetation inspections is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vegetation along utility ROWs and conduct hazard tree assessments.
• Prepare patrol routes, maps, and work packages for daily field activities.
• Coordinate with contractors and utility personnel to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain accurate field data including species identification and tree measurements.
• Promote safety and regulatory compliance in all field operations.
