Job summary

Blythe Development Co, a licensed general contractor with deep roots in North and South Carolina, seeks a foreman to supervise field pipe crews and engage in the trade work. The role supports site groundwork and heavy equipment operations across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with sanitary sewer, water mains, and drains, plus the ability to read drawings, ensure safety, and deliver timely reports.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Proven experience supervising subsurface construction.
• Ability to multi-task and resolve field issues.

Responsibilities

• supervise pipe crew on site and report to Superintendent.
• Operate and oversee heavy equipment on project sites.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications for projects.
• Provide time-and-materials reports and ensure safety and quality standards.
