Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a dedicated Utility Operator to support fast-paced production sites across the North America region. You will operate loaders, backhoes, and skid steers while performing routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to keep systems running efficiently.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
