Quality Talent Group’s client is seeking a Utility Operator to join a fast-paced production environment, supporting safe and efficient operation of loader, backhoe, skid steer, and utility systems across North America. You will perform groundwork, assist with routine maintenance, monitor systems for efficiency, and uphold health, safety, and environmental policies on site.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, mechanical aptitude, the ability to read manuals and schematics, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating utility systems preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
