Quality Talent Group is seeking a dedicated Utility Operator to support fast-paced construction sites across North America. You will operate loaders, backhoes, and skid steers, perform groundwork, and help maintain safe, efficient utility systems while following safety policies.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, ability to read technical manuals, and strong communication to coordinate with team members on busy sites. PPE provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are required.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong communication skills for team coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
