Quality Talent Group seeks an Utility Operator to support safe and efficient operation of equipment and utility systems in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include operating loader, backhoe, and skid steer, performing groundwork, and maintaining site safety.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read manuals and schematics. Strong communication and safety awareness are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience operating utility systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently.
• Perform groundwork and general labor tasks.
• Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed.
• Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Assist with additional duties as required.
