Job summary

Five Star Infrastructure Services is seeking a versatile construction assistant to prepare work sites, locate utilities, and support gas mains and fiber optic cable installations.

Responsibilities include material handling, safety compliance, and coordinating with equipment operators. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required; CDL preferred. Physical endurance for long hours and lifting up to 50 pounds is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Class A CDL preferred.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must be able to bend/kneel/stand/walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience installing gas mains and fiber optic cables preferred.
• Education in Gas and Utilities Construction preferred.

• Cover pipes or cable with dirt or other material.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
