Zusammenfassung

STV invites a Utility Coordination Intern to support coordination and relocation activities for NCDOT and municipal projects in Raleigh, NC. You will work with utility providers, engineers and transportation professionals to identify conflicts and assist relocation planning before construction.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, preparing coordination documents, and supporting meetings with utility owners and project teams.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a two-year degree.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Identify utility conflicts by reviewing plans and records.
• Support relocation planning for water, sewer, gas, electric, and telecom assets.
• Prepare utility coordination documents, relocation plans, schedules, agendas and minutes.
• Coordinate with utility owners, NCDOT reps, contractors and stakeholders.
• Assist with UBO plans and related project documentation.
• Learn to interpret SUE data and identify conflicts.
• Assist with cost documentation and relocation agreements.
• Participate in field visits and coordination meetings.
• Use MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer and MS Office for deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical solutions.
