Qualifications

• 1+ year of utility construction experience.
• 6+ months of equipment operating experience on Drill, Hydro, Mini, or Bucket Truck.
• High School diploma or equivalent; CDL preferred; OSHA 10 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general manual labor in all weather conditions, including digging, installing utilities, moving materials, and inspecting ground conditions.
• Supports crew with jobsite setup and closeout tasks (loading/unloading trucks, setting up cones/traffic signs, taking photos).
• Operates one or more heavy equipment types (directional drill, mini excavator, hydro truck, bucket truck) with limited guidance.
• Meets production expectations set by Foreman or management.
• Participates in safety training and adheres to safety policies and procedures.
• Reads and interprets prints and construction drawings.
• Locates utilities under supervision and participates in pre-task risk assessments.
