Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow safety instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and physical environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor including digging, installing utilities, and material handling.
• Assist crew with jobsite setup, loading/unloading, and site cleanup.
• Operate one or more heavy equipment types with supervision (drill, mini excavator, hydro truck, bucket truck).
• Meet production expectations set by foreman and management.
