JKL Associates Inc., a Division of PUSH Inc., is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for utility construction in Martinsdale, MT. The role requires operating heavy equipment to install fiber, copper, coaxial cables and power lines, with field experience around utilities in rural and urban areas.

The team emphasizes safety, training others, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. CDL preferred and willingness to travel for extended periods is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Field experience with digging operations around utilities.
• Experience operating utility construction equipment (backhoe, mini excavator, cable plow or track hoe).
• Knowledge of prints/schematics; ability to train/co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned heavy equipment to install utility cables and facilities.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance.
• Dig around existing utilities safely and efficiently.
• Train and assist co-workers learning to operate equipment.
• Assist with basic labor tasks as needed.
• Drive tow vehicle to transport equipment to job sites.
