Marshall Reddick Real Estate is seeking a Utility Billing Coordinator to manage utility accounts for residential properties across multiple U.S. markets. You will coordinate activations, transfers, disconnections, and closures during onboarding and tenant transitions.

You will communicate with utility providers by phone, email, and online portals to establish accounts and resolve billing issues. A minimum of one year in billing, utility management, or property management operations is required,

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in billing, utility management, or property management operations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience reviewing invoices, tracking payments, and researching billing discrepancies.
