Qualifications

• 1-3 years of call center experience.
• Professional experience working in an office setting.
• Client facing personality; experience working in utilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to utility billing and municipal services.
• Explain billing charges, rate schedules, and account details to customers.
• Review and research account records to determine the appropriate resolution.
• Process billing adjustments, refunds, and account corrections.
• Initiate and manage service orders.
• Handle payment issues including returned checks and rejected payments.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports/forms.
• Coordinate with other departments and assist with ad hoc tasks.
