Skana Aluminum Company is seeking a Utility Operator to keep production moving safely and efficiently across multiple departments. The role involves operating a variety of mill machinery, supporting different operations, and rotating through shifts as priorities shift.

Ideal candidates have 1-3 years in manufacturing, strong problem-solving, and good communication. The job requires physical activity, safety focus, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Physical stamina to stand, move and stay active.
• Willing to rotate between departments and shifts (including nights and weekends).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic mechanical aptitude with tools.
• Ability to coordinate across teams through good communication.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate a variety of machinery across the mill.
