Skana Aluminum Company in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a Cold Mill Technician to help run our high-speed mill and produce top-quality aluminum coils for the Midwest.

Qualifications

• Machine operation experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Flexible scheduling, including willingness to train on off-shifts.
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset in a fast-paced, safety-first environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Pride in keeping a clean, organized workspace.
• Prior machining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Cold Mill running around the clock, producing high-quality aluminum coils.
