Key Responsibilities

• General Labor throughout the mill
• Safely handle miscellaneous materials in various environments
• Must be able to work rotating 12‑hour shifts
• Team player who maintains safety, quality, housekeeping and productivity
• Must be able to work in all types of environments (hot & cold)
• Must be able to operate powered industrial trucks, forklifts, skid steers & spotter trucks
• Must have an intermediate level of computer skills
• Must successfully complete the 2‑on‑boarding program of 2½ weeks

Qualifications

• Minimum high‑school graduate or GED equivalent
• Forklift experience preferred
• Manufacturing work experience preferred

Additional Requirements

• Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment; submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment
• Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule
• Work overtime on a regular basis and with last‑minute notification as needed
• Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis
• Wear required safety equipment
• Operate or work in industrial conditions (warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces) with proper safety training and safety protection

Compensation & Benefits
