Job summary

Yokohama TWS in the United States is seeking a maintenance technician to keep air compressors, boiler systems, and power distribution equipment running smoothly across the facility. You will perform routine maintenance, monitor transformers, and coordinate with production teams to quickly resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, basic boiler certification, and the ability to work 3 shifts. The role emphasizes safety, GMP familiarity, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school/technical secondary school or above.
• 2 years working experience or above.
• Water quality and boiler operation certificate preferred.
• Teamwork and communication skills required.
• Availability to work 3 shifts.

Responsibilities

• Keep air compressor and main substation running; monitor transformers.
• Maintain boilers, steam supply, and related systems.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and lubrication.
• Record running parameters and daily consumption; report abnormalities.
• Coordinate with production to solve issues and ensure safety.

Keep main substation and transformers running normally and check the high-voltage current, temperature of transformers. Guarantee the power condition according with the process requirement.
