Job summary

Yokohama TWS in Iowa seeks a Tire Production Operator to run curing-ready equipment, apply coatings to green tires and prepare for curing. You will follow detailed procedures, load and unload tires, and ensure quality control throughout the process.

The role requires a high school diploma or technical training and hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment. Benefits include health coverage, a 401K match, PTO and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Secondary school + 2 years of technical school or High School Diploma.
• Desirable experience: 3 months in a manufacturing or assembly setting.
• Proficient in OEM equipment troubleshooting and manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Spray green tire with coating following the related procedures.
• Stack sprayed tires on related vehicle, drill tires following the related procedures and transport to Curing Area.
• Load green tires, perform related controls and unload cured tires from curing machines.
• Operate with BOM, bladder changing and 5S procedures.

Cure green tires and check the status of curing process. Prepare the press, tools, and green tires for curing process.
